well i personally think that 1 litre of tears is the most saddest show ever, so why do people torture themselves by watching it?
well when u feel down and think your life is so bloody screwed up and all your frustration dont leave you, just watch a sad show and u will know that there are people worst than you and yours is nothing compared to them. Hence it will make you feel better and give you courage to move on. You will tell yourself, hey it is not so bad so let;s face it. i call this instant gratification. so people should watch more sad movies than they will feel happier.
